With Let's Go Outside & Learn 2019
This year we continue to work in parks across Hounslow and Richmond with individuals and community groups hosting regular gentle walking sessions and outdoors
activities in local green spaces. There are so many benefits to being outdoors from social opportunities to emotional and physical wellbeing.
Stroll, Cuppa, Chat
Heston & Inwood Park
We meet every Tuesday from 11am-1pm alternating between Inwood Park and Heston Park. It's free and we always have interesting topics to
discuss as well as a nice cup of tea at the end of each session.
We will also be running some sessions at Osterley Park once a month on Wednesdays from October.
Partnership with Multicultural Richmond
We are delighted to be running once a month trips with Multicultural Richmond. We recently visited Pembroke Lodge, Marble Hill Gardens
and Runnymede. We will be visiting Kew Gardens on 17th of October. www.multiculturalrichmond.org.uk

We are always on the lookout for volunteers to join us and act as befrienders. Training is offered and Nature Buddies receive support all
Climate Change Conversation
Let's Go Outside & Learn are pleased to announce that we have been awarded funding to run a project around climate change. We are looking for people
from all backgrounds who wish to discuss this interesting and serious topic. We will be meeting in Twickenham from January at a local, accesible venue.

Family Learning - It's Our World
During the month of August, we hosted a series of family learning workshops at Hanworth Park. The sessions focussed on wildlife on land
and in water. We played games and explored. There are 2 more sessions scheduled for October. Sessions are free so, don't miss out !
Walk to School Week Assemblies 2019
Road Safety Training for Older Road Users
We continue to offer awareness raising sessions for older road users in the London Borough of Hounslow. We support older road users to develop healthy habits and
become aware of the challeges that being out and about can pose. Feedback has been very positive.

Walk to School Week Assemblies
We also delivered Walk to School Week Assemblies across Hounslow in May and June 2019. As always we were accompanied by everyone's favourite road safety symbol Debra
the Zebra who brings a smile to the primary school pupils while delivering a very serious message. We visited over 30 schools this summer!

We are excited to be working on educational resource development for a well known building company. These resources will be available in Scotland and England and
focus on the many roles within a building company and how land is chosen as well as what makes a good community design.
Recent clients Include : Whistle PR, M-Is, NSP, TUI, The Milestone Society, WeAreFutures, Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, Secret World.
We recently completed a project creating resources for The Milestone Society. These resources are aimed at Key Stage 2 and explore the history and geography of

Author Visit & Workshops in Schools & Playgroups
Where is The Hedgehog?
This workshop is suitable for Pre- School, Nursery & Key Stage 1 and offers a lively interactive teaching and learning session where pupils can learn about hedeghogs and
how they can help them survive.
Fantastic Training Sessions for Midday Supervisors
We continue to deliver training courses to Midday supervisors, TA's and support staff across London in partnership with Train with Inspire. Feedback on the delivery
and content of the sessions has been extremely positive.
There are a range of sessions to choose from including :
Positive behaviour, Positive wet playtimes, Being an effective team and The role of the midday supervisor.
